Role: Salesforce Einstein AI & Analytics Developer

Location: Pune and Hyderabad

Skills and Experience:

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Case Management
2. 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce AI Einstein (Case Classification, Case Routing, Prediction Builder, Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, Reply Recommendation etc)
3. 1+ years- experience working with Salesforce Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM platform
4. 2+ years in a Salesforce development role; including Configuration and customization
5. Full understanding of use cases related to functionality for multiple interaction channels (communities, mobile, phone, email, web) 
6. In Depth understanding of Account, Contact, Cases and other areas such as Tasks, Profiles, Permission Set
7. Experience with JSON and XML

Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, custom development using Force.com 
2. Identify unexpected business outcomes with Tableau CRM/ Einstein Analytics and analysis
3. Support through clear expertise in the Tableau CRM /Einstein AI and analytics tools
4. Support users and Business Analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs 
5. Use methods like data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect and extract insights from large scale data sets
6. Able to assist in the design of data transformation processes, including data flows and datasets, as well as create dashboard wireframes and stories 
7. Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of our medium complexity CRM. 
8. Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
